€games Anthem

We All Belong

Bigger than the sky above

Music gives me so much love

Higher than you’ll ever be,

Let the rhythm set you free

Make your move

Don’t be ashamed

‘Cause in the end we’re all the same

Don’t care about what others say

Let the rhythm make your way

People come on let’s get together

Let the music play on, play on forever

We can make this world much better

Get up, Get on

We all belong yeah

People come on let’s get together

Let the music play on, play on forever

We can make this world much better

Get up, Get on

We all belong yeah

An ocean of our energy

United we are breaking free

Come on closer, touch my skin

Breathe out, so I can breathe you in

Make your move

Don’t be ashamed

‘Cause in the end we’re all the same

Don’t care about what others say

Let the rhythm make your way

People come on let’s get together

Let the music play on, play on forever

We can make this world much better

Get up, Get on

We all belong yeah

People come on let’s get together

Let the music play on, play on forever

We can make this world much better

Get up, Get on We all belong yeah

€games

The €games started yesterday: these are the olympic gay games for homosexuals, lesbians, bisexuals and transgender. Why seperate games? They’re again in the spotlights, proving again they’re weird… WRONG! It’s true that in my country homosexuality is rather well accepted. And holebi’s can sport together with heterosexuals without any kind of problem. Although… I’ve never heard of a gay football player and I’m sure there must be at least 1… Anyway, it’s possible here, but in a lot of countries holebi’s have to hide a very important part of themselves or they’ll just get kick out of the team. So, they reunite in their own clubs (where heterosexuals are welcome, by the way), where they won’t be critisized, bullied… And as these clubs are too small to be recognised by international sport associations, they just start their own games, where, again, heterosexuals are welcome to participate.

So, yesterday was a great day, with the €games being opened in a great party way. Where you could see men and women together singing, laughing, enjoying life like any other happy human being.

And that’s the point: we are human beings, nothing more, nothing less. And we are not ashamed of it…

Unpredictable

I have this friend, with a wonderful blog, so full of poetry and philosophy… I wish mine could be that good and interesting…

Anyway, life continues… I resigned, had the worse week in a long time… It’s really hard to deceive someone, but I’m sure I’m doing the right thing.

Nature is weird: all spring we’ve enjoyed great weather and now as everyone is taking holidays and kids are home from school, it’s raining cats and dogs…

Nature is also unfair: look at my brother…

Time is unpredictable: when it comes to work it flies and you never have the impression you have enough time. When it comes to something you really really want, time is crawling by like a snail…

O well, that’s life. Only 16 days to Harry Potter… 16 long days of waiting… I ordered my copy today… I can’t wait….

And 5 weeks before I leave on holidays… I can’t wait either…

Time and nature, unpredictable… And that’s what makes life fun to live my friends…
